REGISTRATION
As a condition of enrolment with S.E.E.D.S, an initial membership fee to the co-operative of $1.00 is charged to all new families. Additionally, a non-refundable registration fee of $25.00 is charged once a childcare space has been confirmed. This registration fee will be applied towards your first payment of child care fees.
DUE DATE
Fees are due on the 15th of each month. The monthly payment can be calculated by multiplying the daily rate for your child by the number of days your child is enrolled in the programme that month. Where the 15th of the month falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the fees will be due on the following Monday. All parents receive a monthly statement of their account within the first week of the month – however, it is the parents’ responsibility to ensure their account is paid on time.
(On a limited basis, S.E.E.D.S offers occasional or “emergency” care for community families. Payment for temporary care is due in cash, the morning services are provided and include any charges for days that have been confirmed by the Programme Supervisor.)
ABSENT DAYS (STATUTORY/CIVIC HOLIDAYS and ILLNESS)
Fees are charged on an enrolment basis. As expenditures for staff and operating costs are fixed, all parents are required to pay their regular fees for Statutory/Civic Holidays and we cannot give refunds for days absent due to illness.

Please contact the County of Simcoe at 705-722-3132 for information about possible subsidy for your child care fees.
