Kindergarten Program
Kindergarten rooms are most often licensed for up to 20 children from three years and eight months to six years of age. Programmes are offered on a part-time basis for children attending elementary school on alternate days, and on a full-time basis for children who have not been enrolled in the regular school system. The kindergarten room is led by two educators, at a ratio of one teacher to 10 children. Kindergarten curriculum focuses on building strong literacy and numeracy skills, social competence, self-confidence and independence. These classrooms also include the Incredible Years’ DINA DINOSAUR SCHOOL.
